TANGY MINTY SOUTEKAYI (CUCUMBER) JUICE

Ingredients:
Soutekayi (Cucumber) - 1, Pudina leaves - 6 to 8, Lemon - 2, Sugar-Salt-Pepper - as per taste.


Preparation Method:
  1. Peel the cucumber's skin and cut into few pieces and crush little in mixie.
  2. Add rest of the ingredients to the cucumber mix along with 2 glasses of water and run the mixie for few mins.
  3. Strain the juice and extract all the juice.
  4. Cucumber juice with mint and lemon is ready to serve as a welcome drink.
