BREAD MANCHURIAN

BREAD MANCHURIAN Manchurian is an Indo-Chinese dish adapting the Chinese seasoning. Ingredients: White Bread – ½ pound (6 to 7 slices), Onion – 2 sliced, Capsicum – 2 sliced, Green chillies – 3 to 4, Garlic flakes – 9 to 10 finely chopped, Tomato sauce – 4 spoons, Green chilli sauce – 3 spoons, Soya sauce – 3 spoons, Coriander leaves finely chopped – handful, Oil – 2 spoons and Salt as per taste. Preparation Method: 1.    Heat a tava and gently roast the bread on both sides to a light brown colour without using  oil and keep it aside to cool. Cut the roasted bread into small squares. 2.    Heat oil in a deep pan, fry garlic and chillies nicely. 3.    Add onions and capsicum and fry till they’re half cooked. 4.    Add tomato sauce, green chilli sauce and soya sauce and salt, mix nicely. 5.    Add the cut bread pieces to the sauce and mix very gently and carefully.
